Overview

Woodlyn Support is a disability support provider dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Founded by Ben, Woodlyn Support was built on a simple but powerful belief: support should feel personal, practical, and genuinely centred around the individual.

With a focus on confidence, independence, and choice, Woodlyn Support exists to offer reliable, respectful services grounded in human connection. From day-to-day assistance to community access and long-term goals, every part of the business is shaped by one guiding principle: "Focused on You".

The Challenge

Before Woodlyn Support existed, Ben felt increasingly frustrated with the NDIS space. Too many providers were operating for the wrong reasons, creating systems that felt impersonal, overwhelming, and disconnected from the people they were meant to support.

While Ben had the experience and qualifications to deliver high-quality disability support, starting a business in the NDIS space came with its own challenges. Marketing, branding, and communication felt like an entirely new skill set and one he simply didn’t have the time to learn while also focusing on delivering care.

​

Most importantly, Ben was clear on what he didn’t want Woodlyn Support to become. He wanted to avoid building an overcomplicated, corporate-style organisation that prioritised paperwork over people. The challenge was creating a brand that felt professional and trustworthy, without losing warmth, simplicity, or purpose.

Our Approach

We began by listening. Before any visuals or messaging were created, we took the time to understand Ben’s values, motivations, and vision for Woodlyn Support. This project wasn’t about ticking boxes, it was about building something that felt aligned from the inside out.

Starting from a blank slate, we worked closely with Ben to shape the name Woodlyn Support - a grounded, brandable name that feels strong without being intimidating. From there, we built a professional brand identity, consciously avoiding the clichés of care-sector imagery and overly clinical colour palettes.​​

With the foundations in place, we developed clear, plain-spoken messaging that reflected Woodlyn Support’s values without overcomplicating an already complex system. A simple, user-friendly website was built on a platform Ben felt comfortable managing, ensuring confidence and autonomy moving forward.

As the brand came together, we supported Woodlyn Support’s launch with thoughtful digital and print assets, subtle branded apparel, and brand-awareness advertising focused on trust, credibility, and connection - not hard selling. The goal was to help Woodlyn Support show up as a provider participants would feel comfortable reaching out to.
